1. Definitions

"AzaleaControl", "Service", or "Product" refers to the remote administration and C2 toolkit provided by Azalea.

"User", "Customer", or "Client" refers to any individual or entity using the AzaleaControl service.

"Authorized Testing" means penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or security research conducted with explicit written permission from the system owner.

"C2 Infrastructure" refers to the command and control infrastructure provided by AzaleaControl.

"Target System" refers to any computer system, network, or device accessed through the AzaleaControl service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AzaleaControl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the service.

3. Description of Service

AzaleaControl is a remote administration and command & control (C2) toolkit designed for legitimate security professionals, penetration testers, and red team operators. The service provides infrastructure and tools for authorized security testing, vulnerability assessments, and legitimate cybersecurity operations.

4. Authorized Use and Licensing

AzaleaControl is licensed solely for conducting authorized security testing, penetration testing, and red team operations. This includes:

  • Penetration testing on systems where you have explicit written authorization
  • Security research in controlled environments
  • Red team exercises with proper organizational approval
  • Educational purposes in authorized training environments

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use AzaleaControl for:

  • Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or devices
  • Any illegal activity, including but not limited to violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA)
  • Conducting attacks without proper written authorization from system owners
  • Any form of unauthorized surveillance or data collection
  • Malware distribution or command and control of unauthorized systems
  • Activities that violate any local, state, federal, or international law
  • Testing against systems without explicit, written permission
  • Any commercial activity not related to authorized security testing
  • Personal use or non-professional activities without proper authorization

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of AzaleaControl, you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have proper authorization before conducting any testing
  • Maintaining written records of all authorization for testing activities
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Protecting your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access
  • Using the service in an ethical and professional manner
  • Reporting any misuse or security incidents promptly
  • Maintaining appropriate certifications or credentials for security testing

7. Legal Compliance and Authorization

Before using AzaleaControl, you must:

  • Obtain explicit written authorization from target system owners
  • Ensure your activities comply with all applicable laws
  • Maintain documentation of authorization for all testing activities
  • Comply with industry standards and ethical guidelines
  • Ensure you have appropriate professional certifications or licenses where required

Users acknowledge that unauthorized use of remote access tools may violate criminal and civil law, including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and various international cybersecurity laws.

8. Data Privacy and Security

  • All data transmitted through AzaleaControl infrastructure is encrypted
  • We do not monitor, log, or store the content of communications between C2 infrastructure and target systems
  • Users are responsible for protecting any data collected during authorized testing
  • All logs are subject to applicable data protection regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in AzaleaControl remain with the service provider. The license granted to users is limited to authorized use as described in these terms. You may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and No Refunds

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The entire risk as to quality, security, and performance rests with the user. AzaleaControl and its operators disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unused subscription time, or change in circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AzaleaControl or its operators be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss arising from the use or inability to use the service. Users assume all risk associated with their use of the service and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service immediately if we determine that:

  • The service is being used for unauthorized or illegal purposes
  • Terms of Service have been violated
  • Required authorizations cannot be verified
  • Activities pose a risk to the service or other users

13. Export Control

Users acknowledge that this service may be subject to export control regulations. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable export and import laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated to users with appropriate notice.
